Agilian Core Values: Integrity

The second Agilian Core Value we’re going to examine is Integrity.

We take ownership of our knowledge and limitations, holding ourselves accountable for our words and actions.

Promoting Workplace and Project Integrity is demonstrated by:

  • Keeping commitments to ourselves and clients.

  • Maintaining honesty with ourselves and clients. 

  • Advocating for ethical behavior.

  • Demonstrating the bravery to acknowledge errors, offer apologies, and actively work towards resolutions. 

  • Willingness to seek out and provide assistance. 

  • Leading by example as a trust-builder.

  • Cultivating grit in all that we do.

  • The expectation to do what you say you will and if you can’t communicate that.

We’ve looked at Social Equity and now Integrity. Next time we’re exploring Innovation!
