DISTRICT-WIDE FINANCIALS ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Agilian is a subcontractor to Deloitte for change management, training development, and training delivery as the District of Columbia’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer prepares to sunset its 30 year old legacy system and replace it with a state of the art, federated Oracle Fusion Financials cloud implementation. Agilian is supporting Deloitte in mapping as-is business and data flows and working with District stakeholders to design new processes and policies to support the operating model for citywide finance across 90+ city and state agencies.

Agilian has taken the lead on behalf of Deloitte for training development and delivery. We are developing and delivering training in Cloud Fusion Financials modules, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Services, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Grants.

Agilian is supporting the design of processes and policies supporting collaboration efforts with other District agencies (like HR and Procurement) and oversees aspects of organizational change management for interagency collaboration like Procure-to-Pay, Invoice-to-Cash and integrated master scheduling. 

Results: The Deloitte/Agilian team have delivered a citywide OCM and training plan and are supporting critical change efforts across the city.
