Brent Gendleman is President at Agilian, where he leads business development and client partnerships with a focus on driving measurable results that lead to more eligible members kept and more revenue. A seasoned technology executive with 25+ years of experience, he’s helped organizations grow revenue, improve margins, and scale capabilities. As co-founder of 5AM Solutions, Brent built a $14M company and launched Sunrise, a SaaS platform used by leading pharmaceutical firms.

Sora Shin is Director of Operations at Agilian, where she defines systems and processes that help teams collaborate effectively and deliver exceptional client outcomes. With deep expertise in operations and project management, she’s known for creating clarity and alignment across complex initiatives. Before joining Agilian, Sora led Medicaid program systems design to ensure compliance, improve quality, and strengthen member outcomes. She is driven by a passion for meaningful impact and advancing equity across communities.

Marty Brown is Director of Delivery and the intellectual force behind Agilian’s Insights Engine. With over 20 years as a Medicaid data expert, she’s designed, implemented, and optimized data systems to uncover actionable insights. A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Marty is known for streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and translating technical solutions for all stakeholder levels. Her leadership ensures our clients turn complex Medicaid data into clear, high-impact outcomes.

With more than 30 years in healthcare, Pamme Lyons-Taylor is an epidemiologist who translates data into meaningful action at the intersection of healthcare delivery and social support. At WellCare, she architected a fully integrated, automated social care management platform that achieved a 3:1 ROI and 2-4x improvement in quality outcomes, then went on to serve as Chief Innovation Officer at Nightingale Partners and later as Chief Innovation Officer for Health Outcomes at Elevance Health where she led social needs and member well-being initiatives. At Agilian, she lends her subject matter expertise to proposal and technical writing. She also advises clients on structuring offerings within value-based and risk-based arrangements, guiding data and technology toward measurable quality and financial performance.
